IGM's
Artistic Team (Pre-Team & Competitive Team)
IGM's
Artistic program is developed and supervised by Olympic gold medalist
and F.I.G. President Nellie Kim.
IGM
uses the USA Gymnastics Level curriculum to teach the fundamental
gymnastics skills on tumbling, trampoline, uneven bars, beam, and
vaulting.
Gymnasts are placed in the appropriate level
according to skills, gender and age. Students are moved to
another level based on regular testing of their ability.
Competitive team levels will advance to the next level after
achieving a score mandated by USAG and with coach(es) approval.
IGM's
Artistic Team participates in semi-annual in-house shows as well as
IGM's annual Winter Carnival. Our competitive team also competes
throughout the year at various competitions as well as the Minnesota
State & Regional Gymnastics Competitions (qualification
required).
