Gymnasts are strongly encouraged not to miss class, however, we understand that situations may arise that prevent attendance.
It is important to us that your child is able to enjoy class fully. Having said that, please keep your child home if he or she is sick and email or call the office at 952-898-3889 to schedule a make up class.
If you are able to, please call or email the office in advance to notify us of your child’s absence and to schedule a make up class.
Only one make-up are allowed per month and must be done within a month of the missed class.
Due to the possibility of high enrollment, make-ups are not guaranteed.
Gymnastics Year Registration
A $35/child or $50/family annual registration fee per family is due each September from all new and returning members. This fee is applied towards insurance for your child while they are here at our gym.
IGM’s registration year is September 1 – August 31. Your family is considered enrolled from the day we receive the $35/child or $50/family payment of registration, through August 31st. This registration year determines enrolled vs non-enrolled family discounts for events such as Open Gym and Sleepovers.

IGM Closings Due to inclement weather
In cases of severe weather, IGM has the right to cancel classes on the same day as the scheduled class.
We will communicate any class cancellations through e-‐mail, Facebook (www.facebook.com/IGM.Gymnastics), and WCCO (website/television/radio 830AM).
IGM is not obligated to schedule make-‐ups due to poor weather conditions.
Payments
We accept payment by check, cash, Visa / Mastercard / Discover or debit card.
We require your timely payments to maintain the financial state of IGM and appropriately compensate our staff. Therefore, monthly tuition is due by the 1st of each month. All families are required to provide a debit/credit card to keep on file. At any time, you may enroll into our auto‐pay program to grant IGM the permission to charge your debit/credit card for class fees on the 1st of each month (and/or at the time of enrollment). If you do not wish to sign-‐up for auto‐pay, you are welcome to make payment in person or online prior to or on the 1st of the month via cash, check or credit card.

FOUR Easy Ways to Register!
Online:New and existing families, you can register your child for classes, events, and camps online. If you haven't registered or taken classes at IGM before, you'll need to enroll first. This is fast and allows you to enroll in classes or events on-line and view your account. All new families must also fill out a registration form.
In Person: Visit our gym in person to select the appropriate class(es) and complete the registration form. The annual registration fee and class tuition will be collected at this time.

Over the Phone:
Phone the gym at 952.898.3889 and we will assist you with class selection and registration. A credit card must be given over the phone to secure your child’s registration.
A registration form must be filled out and signed by a parent or legal guardian for each student before they are able to participate in class
Dress Code
For your convenience, IGM has an assortment of gymnastics leotards for sale in our lobby.
* Parent & Tot/ Preschool: Comfortable clothing that will allow your child freedom to move! No socks please.
* Girls 5 yrs. and up: Leotards or shorts & tank and barefeet or gymnastics slippers. (Footless tights or biker shorts are optional.) Hair tied back, no jewelry please!
* Boys 5 yrs. and up: Shorts / warm up pants, fitted tee shirt, barefeet, long hair tied back.
Registration Form plus tuition are all due at the time of registration. A student may begin at anytime within a month. The fee will be pro-rated accordingly.
Sibling Discounts: 10% off 2nd child, 20% off 3rd child, 4th child is FREE!
